First round phone interview with HR. They asked about the company, the role and my past experience. They asked standard interview questions but didn't seem to care about the answers as they were cleaning their office/making a lot of noise while I was answering. Very unprofessional. Second round was an in person interview in the Dublin office with three members of the trading team. They again talked about the role, the company, and my past experience. They read out a list of standard behavioral based questions for me to answer. They kept reiterating the long hours that are worked and that they pay 'below the market average', but ensured the bonus was good. Then there was a 20min maths test with brainteasers. Final round was a Skype/group call with the team leads in the Chicago office. They didn't seem at all interested, and asked the same questions as the Dublin office. Pu way too much emphasis on past trading experience, even though the job position was for a Junior Trader. HR never informed me if there was an offer or not, even after multiple emails following up. Again very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend even applying.

It was an interview with AI. It asking me if I play a poker and many further questions about my strategy in poker, my decision making process in uncertency invironment, how I handle losses. And also few questions about my trading strategy and tacticks in certen situations. Interview was lasting for about 25-30 mins.
