Would stay far, far away. It’s sad, actually. The people that work there are universally lovely, but the recruiting process is a mess. The contrast between how bad the recruiting is and how good the people seem to be is the largest I’ve seen. You should expect to be strung along, enormous requests of your time, lack of communication, and to ultimately be ghosted. Unfortunate. Cool product, company in a strong market position, but bad, bad recruiting process and candidate experience. Run.
