What am I looking for in my next place of employment, what is important to me?
The process is three rounds. First is a recruiter screen to cover your background, portfolio metrics, and comp alignment. Second is a technical assessment with a Senior Manager focused on how you handle complex customer needs. Third is a 45-minute interview with the hiring manager, followed by a case study presentation where you're put in the seat of a Senior CSM at Genesys and expected to engage at an executive level. The recruiter was transparent, communicative, and respectful of my time throughout.

Entrevista
It was an amazing and interesting journey throughout the interview process. Totally it was 5 rounds of interviews and it took ~ 5 weeks - starting with HR (Talent Acquisition Lead), Director of Customer Success (Hiring Manager), Director of Customer Care, VP of PureEnagge and Finally with VP of PureCloud.
Genesys interviewing process/techniques are the best I had experienced thus far - where interviewers are skilled in getting the best out of the candidate instead of ticking the boxes or want to hear what they have in mind. Many aspects of the CSM role activities are subjective +new (everyone trying to learn and adapt) and differ vastly from Org. to Org.
I found a lot of commonalities with my past experience and in terms of Genesys trying to accomplish in the CSM team, driven by the exponential growth in the APAC region for PureCloud and other platform offerings.
Genesys have great products/platform combined with diversity inclusion and hyper-growth in the region is something I'm looking forward to and blend into the team/org. culture.
