My initial contact was through Linked In based upon my profile information. The process was initiated by a recruiter in the HR department and progressed through phone interviews with the hiring manager and several members of the team bot on phone and in person.

HR from APAC contacted with me and arranged an on line interview with hiring manager. Hiring manager is in Shanghai. The interview last for around 40 minutes. Some topics were discussed, but many of them are not relevant with the position.
