The interview process was easy. I first met with the recruiter, then the hiring manager and other HR leaders. The questions were basic for the role as they were looking to transform their HR knowledge process. I went through multiple interviews over a couple of weeks and after not hearing anything for awhile i reached out to the recruiter for an update and they were waiting to hear back from the manager. Once I did hear back it was 3 weeks later and no offer was made. It was decided that the role and the requirements for the role were changing. This was a poor experience and a bit of a waste of time for the applicants. They went from looking for a knowledge management expert to a Senior Manager.
