I met with them in person, and they were very friendly and welcoming. They asked me questions about my experiences, and then I got the job. It was not overly trying or tedious.

Easy, you don't even need to speak English. They are desperate and will take anyone with a heart beat and the ability to stand for hours. Absolutely no benefits so you better be healthy.
