First step was a pre-screen with a recruiter. Interview scheduled within 2 weeks. Interviewed via Microsoft Teams. Overall very basic interview mostly with questions about accomplishments, no leadership or process capability questions or situational challenging event scenarios etc. by the time I interviewed I suspect the decision to fill this position with an internal candidate had already been made based on a few comments made by the interviewer.
