Genesis' interview process is 2-3 face to face meetings with Sales Management and local (Richmond) staff. The process is traditional interview with a casual and relaxed Q and A. Then we went for lunch and I refrained from ordering the prime rib although it look fab. I'm writing this because there is a 30 word minimum. Lame
