I received an invitation for an interview about 2 weeks after applying for the position online. A company recruiter interviewed me initially by phone. Next, I interviewed with the Administrator of the facility. I also had a second interview with the Regional Vice President. I was offered the position about a week later. After I was offered the position, I had to complete a drug screening and background screening. The background screening seemed to take a little longer than expected to come back, about 2 weeks.
