Multiple phone interviews. Some after normal business hours. Multiple in person interviews. Very thorough but salary and productivity pay was different than most offices I have interviewed with. Great support staff available, valued productivity and capture. I shadowed one of the back up providers for a day- which was extremely helpful to get a feel for the practice. Environment was great, support staff was excellent.
