I applied online, the interview process took over two months, with multiple hiring tasks and delayed responses. It was incredibly disrespectful and demoralizing. I first had a positive phone screening, but was told to wait until I would know next steps. I then was asked for a work sample followed by two tasks which each took 2-3 hours. From there, I waited over a month for another round interview. At that point I was told to wait another two weeks for feedback. After that, I received a generic rejection letter over email.
