The process didn't last more than 45' (15 of which he explained what exactly they do in details), you have the possibility to talk freely without interruptions.

I completed one of several interviews, covering fit, motivation, and live coding with multiple team members, though one member ultimately decided not to join the session. The whole process involved 5–6 increasingly complex interviews.

Primo colloquio conoscitivo telefonico con HR, che mi ha chiesto poi conferma di interesse nella posizione. Successivo colloquio tecnico in presenza con team manager, con iniziali domande sul percorso universitario, e poi domande tecniche in ambito finanziario, una teorica, poi una breve prova su Excel
