I was approached by Ryan and immediately I felt the energy and gusto of a startup/growth company that I think I'll fit in. Not all startups are built the same, I'll leave it at that. At first, it was quite tricky as I am based based in Australia and the company is in the UK. But Ryan made it happen and it was a great experience even with the time difference. It was a 2 stage process, with 1 tech interview, spanning about 2-3 weeks from initial conversation to final decision. I've been working at GS for the past month and half and it's been great, even with the time gap, we manage to make it work. :)
