Ev-e (automated scheduling platform) emailed to schedule a phone screening so I selected the day and time available that worked best for my schedule. 30 minute typical phone screening - the only unusual thing was the recruiter told me I’m under qualified based on requirements they didn’t include in the job posting so don’t be surprised if I don’t move on to the next round. I found that to be odd but appreciated the transparency. A couple weeks later, Ev-e emailed to set an interview with hiring manager, peer manager, and HR partner. 1-hr interview starting with tell us about yourself. Pleasant conversation, a few harder to answer questions, definitely very corporate environment feel so non-profit friends be aware of that. It wasn’t my best interview and given I was told I’m an underdog, did not anticipate moving on. 6 weeks later I saw the job reposted and the next day I got my automated rejection email that they went with more qualified candidates (which isn’t accurate since they reposted it). All in all, not the workplace for me but would be a good opportunity for someone with a corporate career background. Salary was aimed around $135-140 plus Team GM bonus and a car (manager level with 2-3 direct reports).
