First a phone screen by an HR person. About a month later an on-site interview. Two separate interviews, each lasting about one hour. Asked to describe experience to date (go through resume). Then about 5-6 behavioral (STAR format) questions. I answered the questions well but the interviewers seemed disinterested in being there.
