The phone interview was pretty comfortable. Them seem to do everything by committee. It is a combination of HR and employees from the specific field you are applying. Told me the structure through which they wanted me to answer questions and only asked simple behavioural questions. Focused on questions at the end and had a long less formal conversation

Name a time when you had to complete a task without being given clearly defined expectations and how you dealt with it.
Worst interview I've ever had - extremely unprofessional and not structured at all. Interviewers having a conversation before I enter the meeting room etc - not structured at all. Not much to say otherwise

straightforward questions and nice interviewers, nothing too outrageous, very standard interview, they did ask some marketing related questions though and be sure to know your resume and state outcomes from it
it was a recorded virtual interview that had some behavioral and scenario-based questions, as well as some analytical games at the end. It was a pretty quick and seamless initial interview step.
