Initial HireVue Assesment which was very easy. You talk about some of your experiences like normal. Second round is a 30 minute phone screen where they ask you some more basic questions about your experience and then tell you a bit about the team/organizations. Third round is two 1 hr interviews with randomly selected managers and senior execs. Currently, I have not had those but was told they are behavioral type interviews.
