Entrevista
Applied online and received a phone call afterwards from a recruiter. The additional stages of the interview moved towards a face to face conversation at the location with multiple people (separate interviews with each). The visit started with an orientation type of conversation with other applicants prior to the one on one meetings. The interviewers were prepared and had all of the information I provided the recruiter...resume, references, etc. The resume was scribbled on here and there with notes they used to generate some impromptu questions. The rest of the questions were all situation based.

Muito acolhedora e aparentemente terceirizada! Senti que a recrutadora estava muito disposta e atenta as minhas qualificações, histórias e interesses de atuação.
Pesquisar sobre a empresa, área, local e condições da empresa sempre te deixaram mais seguro(a). Se levar isso com consideração o processo de entrevista é fácil!

Entrevista
Interview began with a phone evaluation from the hiring department. The phone interview covered job expectations and salary range. With in 2 days I was called and asked to come in for an in person interview. The instructions were very detailed and very clear. Informatino was given so I could review the company website, benefits and additional informaiton on the company. Expense reimbursements forms were provided to be submitted for any expensese incurred while attending the interview. I was very impressed with the professionalism of my recruiter and all the staff I worked with at GM
