They asked three basic behavioral based interview questions that were related to past job experience and school experiences. They also asked two questions that were directly related to sourcing at General Mills. These questions were much tougher, especially if you don't know much about sourcing.

While the interview process was fast, it took a little while for the offer to come. I also had to wait six weeks to start.
