I spoke with an interviewer 1 on 1. from there, I was called back to meet with a panel of 5 people. I had been filling in on this job for 3 months at work. I had the recommendation of the previous job holder who had trained me as his replacement. I had 5 years experience that this place of employment. I was finally told that I did not get the job on my bithday. The job was given to someone with 3 months experience who had been getting poor reviews at his current position. He was a minority. I am not. When explaining reasons why I did not get the position, HR used actual ideals and complete sentences from my application and interview process for reasoning that the other employee got the job. Ideals that I had suggested we impliment we cited as his and these ideas were the reason they were going with the other guy.
