The interview process was thorough. There were several aptitude tests both for emotional intelligence and logical reasoning tests. The logical test required you to quickly schedule individuals who had very daunting schedules: (Mark works every other Friday, and Annie works only on weekend days and Friday, while Bailey works seven days in a row starting on the 7th of each month and then 5 days off, etc.) The interviews were standard.
