The interview consisted of 4 rounds, a technical round followed by HR discussion, and a written test followed by a final leadership review round. The technical round went on for about an hour, with case study and scenario based questions, was quite good. HR discussion was neutral with questions related to strengths and weaknesses , if you had any arguments with your boss in current workplace and how do you overcome them. I personally feel such questions must be avoided as they provoke the integrity of the candidate giving the interview. I mean you have already asked the candidate his strengths and weaknesses, why do you want to put him in a spot and break the confidence of the guy by asking uncomfortable questions. Personally for me, the HR round experience was very bland. Then i was asked to take a written exam which was a case study analysis that i had to complete in an hour. The entire interview process went on for 4 hours. I was told that i will be communicated regarding the final round and i never heard back from them. Upon contacting the HR , i was told the universal dialogue ' We will let you know' . Sad!
