MBA candidate - interviewed in January/February timeframe for Fast Track (2x 45 minute behavioral and functional interviews), then returned in Sept/Oct timeframe for Fast Track final rounds. Final round super day included a dinner the night before (one on one with a current ABM), then the day of was breakfast (one on one with another ABM), a 75 minute case development session, a tour, lunch (one on one with a third ABM), and three interviews. The interviews were each 45 minutes long - two focused on behavioral questions and one was a review of the case.

The initial interview was a quick 15 minutes of interview questions, then 5 minutes for a Question & Answer session. It is described as a "get to know you" call but is actually an interview with case questions.

Say you came to General Mills and the brand you are assigned to has been experiencing declining profits over the past 2 years. What do you do?
Phone screening, then virtual video online interview with hR manager. They gave a really good overview of the role and emphasised company culture. Were very realistic about the number of rounds to go through - including a meet and greet coffee catchup

3 rounds of interview in total. First round with HR for culture fit, second round with Brand Manager and Senior Brand Manager and Final round with UK Head of Marketing
