Fairly laid back and easy depending on your background! If your background is in intelligence it’s almost a given! Manger introduces himself and tells you about the mission, then you tell them about your background, and manager sees if you’ll be a fit to the contract.

The interview was through and comprehensive. It was free flowing and humorous. He described the position and he was able to encourage me about take the position. I wish he would've told me that there was a chance the position wouldn't be funded. I think he gave me false hope.
