Initially had a brief telephone interview with the HR representative. A few days later interviewed on site with three different people, a peer R&T Engineer, the project Software Project Manager and the Business Unit Manager, in that order. Very standard interview questions for this type of position. No HR representative was present during these interview sessions. Offer was extended a few days later.
