Overall an efficient process, just not in the town of my desires and not enough money to make a move viable. Company seemed more of a sub to the government than anything else, doesn't seem to have a culture of it's own save watching government sites for announcements and quickly matching keywords to requests for proposals. The entire defense industry seems to be moving in that direction, so I would recommend just applying with the federal government and working for them directly.
