Multi-stage process: 1) call for interview 2) In-person Interview 3) call back to schedule customer interview 4) customer interview (often Government customer/client) 5) Human Resource call back with possible offer letter. After that if everything went well HR process your stuff and then hiring process usually takes place within a month.

The interview was a Panel with engineer and hiring manager. It was one hour long with 45 minutes being them asking questions and the last 15 mins were for me to ask them questions.
