submitted my resume on line. Received a call from HR in about two week to review my qualification. Had a conference call with the department managers and 10 days later received an offer letter. The process to get an interim secret clearance was almost 3 months.

I was asked to describe my experience. no technical questions. several of my co-workers have no technical experience. Some have IT degrees or other degrees
