Applied for several jobs on their website. Received automatic rejection emails for jobs I was disqualified from the next day. I also received emails from GDIT recruiters expressing interest the same day. They requested I will out a pre-screen questionnaire and security eval (if required for the position). Communication with the recruiter was pretty free flowing. Received an interview within 1 week of first contact with recruiter. Interviewed with PM and Ops Lead, went well. Same day the recruiter asked if I could interview with another office. Conducted a phone interview the next day. The following week, I was extended the opportunity to speak with a team member that was already working the account. Received a verbal job offer the next day, with the formal job offer received the next week. 3 weeks total from application to accepting job offer.
