I applied for the postion, and I was contacted within 30 minutes by a recruiter. The recruiter interview was broken up into two days. The first day was mostly discussing details of the program, benefits, and my salary requirements. The salary range was a little low for what I needed, but with a little negotiating I was able to get it close enough. The next day the recruiter asked me some basic sceening type questions, and that was all. He then set me up with a technical interview with a hiring manager. The questions were directed towards help desk and active directory. The interview went smooth. It was 8 days from my first interview untl the last one. I was contacted 6 days later, and told that the position was filled by an internal. I was then offered a Sr. Help Desk job, but the salary was too low.
