The interview itself was absolutely fine, the people interviewing me were professional and made me feel comfortable during the interview process. It was a two-way conversation and I thought I gave a good account of myself with the questions they asked and I also had the opportunity to ask them questions. The interview consisted mainly of my experience so far in my career and a few competency based questions. However, after roughly 6 weeks I’ve not heard anything back from them, even though I followed up a couple of weeks later. I know I haven’t been successful as I’ve seen the same job posting re-posted on LinkedIn. It just would have been nice to hear from them directly if I wasn’t successful, and would have also given me an opportunity to receive some feedback.
