My interview at General Atomics - RSG was a pretty typical engineering interview. It consisted of a phone interview, then a panel interview, then a 1:1 interview followed by a skills test over a 2 day period. Once all that was out of the way it took them about 7 days to put together an offer.

Was given an incomplete drawing with oddball isometric views and repeated dimensions, then I was asked to make the part in Pro-Engineer. Be sure to brush up on your pro/e skills if you're a drafter or mechanical guy.

Entrevista
The process of the interview was really smooth, the interviwers are very nice. The first step is a Phone Call Interview reviewing your interpersonal skills and resume. Secondly, Video Interview focusing on Theoretical concepts. Lastly, an in person interview.

Entrevista
Applied online through the GA website, had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, got contacted again for a phone interview with 3 engineers, mix of technical and behavioral questions, interviewers were helpful in answering questions about the company
Phone interview with initial screening questions. That was followed by an on-site interview with the hiring manager and team members. Interview was pleasant and discussed the position as well as questions on my resume and technical questions.
