First phone interview went well and was very professional. The women that was interviewing me was asking about my academic experience and projects that I had performed in college. I was slightly under qualified for the position as my GPA wasn't up to their 3.0 standard. I felt I gave them an honest explanation to all difficult questions. There were a couple situation questions about my past work experience as well. I was surprised to get a second interview given my GPA, but it was supposed to be a video interview and due to technical issues it was another phone interview and the original interviewer was not present and only lasted 12 minutes. There was no technical questions and I was caught off guard with the situation. Just didn't seem really professional on the second interview at all as if these second interviewers weren't even going to give me a chance.
