Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Generac Power Systems (Whitewater, WI) en ago 2013
Entrevista
Recruiter phone screen was ok. One of the first questions was if my salary expectations were in the upper 50's. Pretty low but I said yes and figured it would take longer to negotiate to a more reasonable number. The rest of the questions were typical questions about my resume and previous experience. Second interview was with a supervisor. This person seemed really disinterested and asked me questions like "tell me about your last position". Nothing technical and when I asked if they had any questions about past projects or work situations they said "no, that's okay".

4 rounds in total.
First a informal interview with the hiring manager and then one with the recruiter. They give you a mechanical technical knowledge test.
And finally multiple panel rounds from different departments

Asked about material selection for different application
I applied to this company and 30 seconds later, I got a response telling me that my experience is not what they are looking for, I have experience in FEA and CFD, that is what they ask in the job post. what a poor process of screening, seriously this should be done by engineers and not by the recruiter. 99% of the time they have no clue what they need.
