The first step in the process was a pre-recorded interview. The questions were very specific to the role and you were given the opportunity to re-record up to three times per question. After the video interview, I had a short call with HR that seemed more like a formality to discuss benefits. I then proceeded to a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager.
