Interview process is composed of two panel interviews with out 3 people each. Questions are relatively general in nature and not very technical since this is a leadership role. Panelists really focus on assessing a candidate's ability to convey and explain key situations and the details around driving impact and navigating challenges.

Entrevista
Initial phone screen with HR lead. Presented company in a lacklustre manner, including elements stating that role was likely a grade higher than what is listed. Rest of focus on core competencies was well structured.
