I went though two rounds of interviews. The first one being a phone interview where my manager went over the job description. It was more of an informational interview where he/she also tried to learn about my background and see if I were a perfect fit for the role.

Asked about lab experience, working in a team setting, and ability to follow standard operating procedures. Asked about clean room experience but was not required. Made sure I was aware I was signing up for 12 hour shifts.

A lot of situational and behavioral questions. I had a 10 minute interview where i had to videotape my answers and then had a 30min interview with a panel of supervisors. It took a bit of time until they reached out to me

Entrevista
Will ask you your basic interview questions. Ex:where do you see yourself in 5 years, biggest accomplishment, what are you weaknesses and strengths etc… More of a conversation than interview. Great company to work for.
