I had one phone screen followed by a 5-hour onsite interview three weeks later. The onsite interview felt very corporate/impersonal. Some interviewers did not have a copy of my resume and were reviewing my experience during the interview (raising the question of what made them interested in me in the first place). The schedule changed a couple of times during the day (with a couple of interviewers becoming unavailable) and there was no explanation or apology offered. I was dragged around different offices of my interviewers instead of being allocated one central room where I could stay for the whole day. The interviewers could not keep track of time themselves, causing a delay and resulting in a rushed interview and rushed lunch interview (and I was originally told in an e-mailed schedule that lunch would be my personal break). And one interviewer was asking me about what type of position I was interested in. The group apparently has multiple openings but I was never explained what they were and I came prepared to be interviewed for a specific role. I spent a whole week preparing for the onsite, and the lack of organization and preparedness by interviewers was astonishing.
