I had an initial telephone interview by two senior members of the team and a final group interview via Google Hangout. During the initial telephone interview, I was asked about my technical skills and resume experiences. The final interview were more casual and I mostly chatted with my interviewers. They gave me a lot of opportunities to ask questions. No tricky question was asked, just some basic "tell me about yourself", "where do you see yourself in 5/10 years", "why Genentech", etc.
