Messy, messy, messy. Very unorganized and it almost feels as if the teams do not communicate with one another. Extremely difficult to communicate with. Recent leadership changes have only made this more difficult. Received a verbal contract offer and then was told by another team member (over two months after) that no offer was ever made and I was put through the interview process a second time, only to not hear back until I reached out asking for an update. Ultimately this process was months of being asked to create very comprehensive 30, 60, 90 day plans and has made me feel like my time wasn't valued.
