I had a phone screen (to which the interviewer was over 20 minutes late calling me) and then came in for an approximately 2 hour in person interview with 4 people, which I feel like went well. They mostly all asked me the same questions over and over, so it felt somewhat redundant. They told me I would hear back from them by the following Wednesday. I never heard anything, so I emailed them a couple days after that. They did not reply. They kept telling me during the interview that their biggest opportunity as a practice at the moment is to improve their communication skills so they asked me a lot of communication based questions. Unfortunately, they still ghosted me.
