Entrevista
It was good. The company does a good job selling itself in interviews. They say that they care about work life balance, they talk about the firm's position in the community, they tell you more or less what they think about how the firm operates. It is very cool that you get to talk about several managers in the firm. Too bad they pretend to be someone that they are not.
There were Multiple interviews in one day. Each interview was with a staff from the firm. It didn’t feel like an interview. It felt more like a conversation. I didn’t feels pressured
First round interview was with their old talent manager she was super friendly and very straightforward and low-key interview. Second interview was with a panel of four different staff they were all kind and had a mix of technical questions experience questions as well as personality questions.
