Completely bizarre experience: the interviewer asked me multiple times if I was sure I knew what position I applied to and seemed confused why I was in the interview or interested. There was no structure to the interview and the info I was told seemed unorganized. The defining takeaway was that they expect someone to take the role and wear many hats beyond the JD.
