I was referred to the opening through a colleague who was a current employee and would be vacating his position. I submitted my resume and cover letter and received a phone call about a week later to schedule an interview. After an in person interview I received an offer a few days later and accepted the position.

Describe what you know about private equity and the private investment process.
Very easy interview. They were very kind and casual. Asked questions to determine how much you really look into your hobbies. I.e. if you like to cook, how much can you really talk about it or how much do you really know about it. They want to see how well you research things you enjoy.
