First Round Interview was a 1 on 1 interview with HR manager. Questions are not difficult, just wanted to know more about you and your past experiences. On the same week I received a phone call for a Second Round Interview. The Second Round Interview involves a presentation to the managers where I was a set of information bank about airline catering. I then had to prepare a presentation immediately within an hour's limit. Then it's the interview right after the presentation ended. On the same day I received the third round interview invitation phone call, that is a 5-day experiential learning. It was a very good chance to familiarize with the operations and let you know whether you like the working environment. A reflection report has to be written afterwards that was submitted via email.
