Long process after you pass administration you proceed with the online test, then online interview with psychologist, panel interview with user, MCU, background check with interview, and ends with interview with board of directors. Overall was a challenging yet fun process to be involved in.

Entrevista
For the HR Interview, I was interviewed with third party company hired by Garuda Indonesia after passed the online psychotest. Beforehand, the psychotest could be done partially per sessions, as long as you are in the time range stated for MDP 2025, so you dont have to do it in one sit. I dont know if there will be changes in next year, it really depends on the vendor. The HR interview was mostly about behavioral questions, whether about your leadership experience, stakeholder management, difficulties on your past internship/organizational experience. It took about an hour for HR interview.

(This one is very vague question, i thought). What did you do when you received rejection when proposing something?
