The interview process was smooth, creating an easy and welcoming experience from start to finish. I felt comfortable and valued throughout our conversation. Learn how to talk about yourself, you have a lot to say about yourself and if you do very well I believe you will be selected.
I got to the 2nd interview. The first is just a call to see if you match, the second call is an interview with HR based on the STAR method After that there is a 3rd interview with the head of the department + HR resources
I had the first screening so far, waiting to hear ack if they're moving forward with my application. The recruiter was friendly and professional. The questions started easy and as the interview progressed, became a bit more difficult. Questions about real experiences with metrics in previous roles, why Gartner and behaviors questions.
