In the first HR round, I was merely asked to introduce myself in less than 60 seconds. Less than a third of the shortlisted people cleared this round. In the 2nd HR round, again there was an introduction, and then they asked my standard situational questions and to elaborate my experience in the projects I had mentioned on my resume.
