Recruiter reached out to ask if I’d be interested in learning more about the role so we scheduled a first interview.
The interview went well, or so I thought, because he explained next steps and told me he’d like to move me to the next round in front of the hiring managers. He told me I’d receive an email
Shortly after our call to coordinate the next meeting and I never heard from him again. I followed up by phone, email and LinkedIn and he totally ghosted me. If I wasn’t right right the role or if they went in another direction, no hard feelings whatsoever but at least have the decency and balls to respond.
Completely lacks professionalism and respect for others’ time.
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.

30 minute phone call with recruiter. Next is 1 hour with recruiter about your background, behavioral questions. Then 1 hour with LSA with questions on your background and a role play.

HR is very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. It can be a little confusing how they structure and and label their position but easily cleared up when talking in first rounds. They are professional and get back quickly. Overall a very positive experience.
