I don't like the hiring process in this company. Basically, in all the interviews you need to as in a sales call where you have to sell yourself. So they expect you to ask questions first about what they look for and based on their answers, you have to respond. They will only ask you about the traits... what drives you? Whatever the answer is, they are going to ask again what and why. For example, what is your drive? I can say money then, why money? because I want to buy a house. Why do you want to buy a house? Because I need a place to live. Why do you need a place to live?... Seriously?
No possibility to break the ice and say something funny. They are extremely serious and manage the interview based on traits. No opportunity of a nice chat.
It was a negative experience for me because it looks like you need to pretend to be someone in the interview. You cannot be yourself, you just need to adapt to what they want (traits).
The process is the following: 1. Phone call with recruiter. Then, 2. Phone call with HR/Recruiting Manager. 3. Phone call with hiring manager. 4. Onsite interview with hiring manager and someone else. 5. Role play (they send you the case study in advance). 6. More interviews.
Recommendation: Ask questions! What type of people are you looking for? What do the trait mean to you? etc. Don't assume anything even if you got that information from a previous interview.
Anyway, it is a nice company and very professional people there.

The process is extremely thorough. Josephine was incredible at guiding me through to the final stage.
Each team member reached out to inbetween rounds was quick to respond and eager to give their time to me.
One first call of 15 minutes and one interview of 1h. The process is right they explain everything and send you an email. They asked for feed back. Great process
